Who we are

Nanjing Eagle CNC Mold Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015 to manufacture high-precision press brake tooling — punches, dies, shear blades and crowning tables for sheet-metal fabrication. In 2023 we established Nanjing Daban CNC Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. as our export arm, bringing that tooling to fabricators across Europe and North America.

We control every step in-house: material selection in 42CrMo Grade-A alloy steel, CNC machining, heat treatment to 55±2 HRC, demagnetising, chamfering and anti-rust finishing, then strict final inspection to ±0.01 mm. The result is tooling with world-standard precision at a price that beats other exporting countries.

What we make

A full range of standard and special tooling: CNC bending-machine dies, large-tonnage dies, non-indentation forming tools, adjustable lower dies, special-form and composite dies, clamping components, crowning tables and shear blades — compatible with Amada, Trumpf-WILA, LVD, Bystronic and Promecam-Euro systems.

Where we ship

Daban tooling is exported to the USA, Canada, Italy, the UK, Turkey, Iran, India, Albania, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and Russia — mainly North America and Europe — backed by around 8 years of export experience.
